Environmental Initiatives

Foskey and Sons is currently working to introduce to its customers environmentally conscious construction building programs to help ensure a pleasant environment for future generations. These initiatives will utilize programs like the United States Green Building Councils (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification program, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Green Building Guidelines, and the EPA’s Energy Star program to incorporate construction practices that consider such issues as energy efficiency, construction waste diversion, indoor air quality, natural resource conservation, etc.
